Can I go directly to the location from Tilburg?
We have two branches: one in Breda and one in Tilburg. The description provides information on how to reach the location. In general, you gather at the office in Breda. If a service is in the center of Breda or Tilburg, you are allowed to go directly. If a car is required for the service, you gather at the office in Breda.
If the gathering time is on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00, and a car is needed (outside Breda or Tilburg), you always gather at the office. Is it beyond these locations? Then the person with a driver's license is contacted to pick up the key during office hours on weekdays. Outside office hours, you gather at the parking lot (Valkenstraat 5, Breda).
After the service, ensure that the car is ready for the next group to use. If the tank is half full or less, refuel at an AVIA gas station using the fuel card (see refueling). Make sure the lights are turned off, the car is parked correctly, and it's clean. Once everything is checked, the car key can be dropped through the mailbox of the office immediately after parking. Never take the key home.
